New Update

Loyal fans of WordTap, there is a new version on the app store! We had some problems with the highscores database, but all those are resolved. Global High score tables had to be reset because of hackers... and it was probably good because some exploits were found to jack up some high scores. So hurry and download the newest version and get those high scores rolling!

Version 1.1 is coming soon

Today we submitted version 1.1 to the App store.
This will fix many crashing problems and memory leaks.

A new Game mode has been added, it is a leveling mode where your time increases and the difficulty increases on each level up.  Getting to the 10th level is quite a challenge.

High scores have been updated to show you where you rank global and local.

Doing Great

Yesterday again we increased to 434 downloads.  Things are looking good.  Now to just get some of these updates closer to release.  Please leave feedback on things that could be better!

Just under 300 downloads for the first day

Pretty good start, with around 300 downloads on the first day.  Hopefully some reviews will show up soon and a little more press coverage can push these numbers up.

WordTap has gotten the GO from Apple

Tomorrow, Word Tap should be available for download in the App store starting 3/17/2010.

Application has been submitted

The iPhone application has been submitted officially 3/15/2010.
We are now waiting for the app to be reviewed and approved.

- Also planning for the first upgrade will begin today.  We hope to release our first update in about 2 weeks.
